What Intel adds to Free.
Free gets you on the platform, booking activations and capturing contacts. Intel is where it becomes a managed operation: the audience segment behind every event, trained field staff, product warehousing, multi-city, and full reporting. Free includes none of these.

Pricing questions.
What happens on day 31?
You move to Free unless you tell us otherwise, and nothing auto-charges because we never took a card. Your contacts and your logged events are yours and they stay. Demographic intelligence is what Intel is, so classifications don't come with you to Free. We'll tell you that before day 31, not after.
Is Free a trial?
No. No expiration, no card, no auto-upgrade. Free is a plan you can stay on.
How do you calculate ROI?
Gross sales at the event, against what the event cost you: the booth fee and any staffing you booked. We don't model downstream retail purchases or attribute sell-through days later. If a number is in your report, something happened on site that produced it.
How accurate is the classification?
Every classification carries a confidence band, and we show it rather than burying it. A medium read and a high one are not the same claim, and we don't present them as one. On the communities we run ourselves, a person reviews the result before it's locked. And we tell you what the read covers: who lives around a location, not a record of who walked through the door.
Why isn't there a price on Intel Pro?
Pro is built for brands running enough locations that the right configuration matters more than the sticker price, so it's set up on a short call. Most brands who ask about it are better served on Intel at $199, and we'd rather say so than sell you up.
What happens when I hit my contact limit?
Nothing breaks and you lose nothing. Free holds 50 contacts and Intel holds 250. When you reach the ceiling we'll tell you, and you decide from there.
Can I move back down?
Yes. Month to month, both directions.
